Trying decipher your message... are you asking for suspension recommendations?
If so, I run Progressive Suspension's 440 series shocks (heavy duty springs) on the back and their dual rate fork springs/15w fork oil/Thruxton preload adjusters up front.
This set up offers a lot of easy flexibility to adjust preload front and rear, for the different needs between running with or without the hack.
The stock suspension is woeful right out of the box... add a hack and you've pushed it well past its limits... a suspension upgrade, to me anyway, is a "must do" for the bike alone... with the added weight and stresses of a hack... mandatory in my book...
The bonus of upgrading is that you get the benefit of a more comfortable, compliant and planted ride whether ride on two wheels or three...
