I am about to rewire my entire 1973 T140 Bonneville with a new harness from Klempfs. If anyone has a diagram PDF they can hook me up with I'll be ever so grateful. I am skeptical that the bike was ever wired correctly and want to do everything from the ground up without referencing the idiot work that came before me. Thanks.

I have been referencing that all day and it is quite helpful but I'm still at a loss for the correct positions of the wires on the light switch.

1. It says the Brown/Green and double White share the same side, and that the single Brown/Blue and single Blue share the same side, but which side is it (on or off position) and do they plug onto the inside or outside row?

2. Also, when all is said and none in the headlamp I have one leftover RED wire, as well as a double White, and double Blue/Brown, both with "L" style attachments that seem to go have no obvious home.

3. Lastly, the main beam stuff is confusing.

The double Blue/White are for the main and a warning light? My harness has the Blue/White as a dual female end. Should I split them off?

And the Blue/Red is for the dip (???) beam bulb? My harness has the Blue/Red as a male end.

My headlight just has a standard 3 prong.

Anyone who knows the answer here PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE post, take a pic of yours if you can!! I have a gal coming this weekend and I want to have this job done ASAP. This is my first attempt at rewiring a Triumph.

I figured out these go to the key switch BUT I'm still not clear on how to do this with the Boyer. Just leave the BLUE/Brown off altogether and runt he WHITE to the key and the White from the Boyer to the key and that's all??
