Are you installing an integrated tail light? Because, otherwise I'm confused as to why you'd need to find the turn signal relay to replace one LED brake light with another.

 

To slow the flash rate of LED turn signals to DOT spec rather than installing resistors an easier and IMO better solution is to replace the mechanical flasher unit with an electronic one.

Don't bother with installing resistors cause it is a pain in the arse. On my old CBR 600f4 and CBR 600rr I installed this plug and play universal flash relay. It is a simple plug and play unit. Remove the original and plug in the after market one. It works great and slows the flash rate to DOT. Here is the link.
