I have an EFI Bonneville and am looking to balance the throttle bodies for the first time.

Reading the procedure in the Triumph service manual, it mentions an adjustment tool 3880015 T0301. I've looked it up and it's a bit pricey. ($185). Anyone here done this procedure? I'm wondering if just a plain Phillips driver will do.

Thanks!

No point in buying what's after all a fairly standard tool from Triumph, they don't make it and simply add a mark-up, (66% in this case).

For example I have the Carbtune one, it's a quality right-angle geared driver, very useful for all sorts of jobs: synchronising, reaching awkward mixture screws etc, and costs ÂŁ44 (USD62):

There's also the Motion Pro one at $77:
