Anyone know length of the brake pad retaining pins for the front and rear calipers for a 2013 T100?

I gather they are made by Nissin, but I haven’t found a cross reference.

I am interested in finding some titanium pins thinking they would last longer.

Here you go... Professional Motorcycle Bolts and Fasteners | Pro-Bolt USA
I recommend the stainless steel versions and anti-seize.

The same caliper pins were used for quite a number of years on different models.

If they don't have your exact model listed pick one you think will work then go to an online dealer like Hermy's and look up the Triumph caliper pin part number for your bike and the one you picked @ Pro-Bolt to see if they are the same.

You don't need the lengths. Since Pro-Bolt doesn't list your model pick a similar model like a 2013 Bonneville SE then go to Hermy's or another online parts lookup.

Get the Triumph part number for a 2013 SE and for your 2013 T100 for front and rear caliper pins.
If the part numbers are the same then buy the ones that Pro-Bolt sells for a 2013 Bonneville SE.

Here, I'll do the work for you...

2013 T100 front caliper pin set T2020084 rear caliper pin set T2020966
2007 Bonneville front caliper pin set T2020084 rear caliper pin set T2020966

So all the Bonnevilles use the SAME caliper pins and you can go to Pro-Bolt and order
front and rear caliper pins for a 2007 Bonneville SE model and they will fit your 2013 T100.

Looks like SS front pin set is LSSPINBP003RZ1

Looks like SS rear pin set is LSSPINBP001Z2

Double check me to be sure.

And Pro-Bolt shows the bolt dimensions.

URLs based on @MarlinSpike's comment. I grabbed the dimensions from the pro-bolt site. Depending on your country it may not be practical to order from pro-bolt. I notice that the front pin from Pro-Bolt has a raised crown that would probably prevent installation of the pin cover. Also shipping to Canada is US$25 for a set of 3 pins!
You might take a look at Square Deals Ltd in the UK. Their pins use the same part number as Triumph so there's no ambiguity. A set (titanium for the front, stainless for the rear) is about C$55 delivered to Canada (vs C$83 for Pro-Bolt).

Hi Doug, what problems are you having with the original pins? I usually clean mine up by putting them in an electric drill. Wrap a piece of fine wet and dry around them and they come up like new. With a light smear of grease on assembly you should have no problems. I try to do this about twice a year.

I cleaned them up in the drill last time I had them, I wasn't sure that was such a great idea for the long run. But I imagine they will show corrosion every time I take the pins off.

Do you put grease right on the pins? If so copper or silicone?

It is probably a good idea to spray wheel cleaner or even car wash soap into the brakes and rinse them out every ride or two, at least in winter.
