looking forward to hear your thoughts after fitment.
Got it easily installed with new header gaskets and no apparent leaks or issues. It is noticeably louder through my Arrow muffler (no cats anywhere) and the tone is deeeeper, which I like. My roads are wet so I just warmed the engine and ran up my driveway for a quick test. My auto fuel module has not had a chance to adapt much yet but throttle response remains crisp. So far, I'm stoked!

My first ride with the modified exhaust revealed no need for dyno runs--I could easily feel the gains in throttle response, power and sound with the combination of auto-fueling, cat-free flow and Arrow muffler. The engine and rider are both happy now. 😊

I've removed once or twice battery during the winter.
First time because I had to charge it, propably 2nd time also took out to connect small charge cables to keep them under the seat for the future charges.
Is there any chances I've lost engine maps?

I'm really confused what's going on, because I can't feel difference between Rain and Sport mode ( 765R ) and new exhaust doesn't help at all...
I have no idea if he's responsible for that or am I going crazy...
Throttle response is worse that's for sure ( Sport mode + stock exhaust before winter was kicking really hard )
or maybe it's because I'm riding whole time on the same map which is propably Road.

What should I do?

Hi guys, I purchased a low mileage used 2020 Street Triple RS, and it has a Spark grid exhaust (no expansion chamber and no way to insert a baffle). It is way too loud for my tastes. I searched around this forum for a while but couldn't find a for sale section for exhausts and such. I'm looking for ideally a used OEM exhaust for a decent price or a similar low dB aftermarket one. Do any of you have their OEM 2020-2022 exhaust left over you could sell me? Or know of somewhere else I can ask or check? (already been checking ebay for a month)

I am also open to selling or trading the Spark GridO Titanium if I can get ahold of a replacement exhaust, it looks new and is the version with the curved pipe under the engine. Feel free to ask for pictures if interested.

I’m also looking at picking up the Scorpion exhaust. One of the overall better looking and sounding slip-ons, in my opinion. The difference in appearance with/without baffle is so slight, I wouldn’t worry about it—do whichever you prefer the sound of.

I wish I could find the titanium finish in the states, but sadly it’s on back-order. I also like the Yoshimura, but the Scorpion sounds slightly crisper while retaining the deeper tones.

Don't know what you mean by 'fumes'. Has it evaporated or does it linger on the muffler like oil or coolant. If it evaporated, maybe it was condensation blown out after starting the engine. If it does not evaporate, feel it, smell it...is it oil? Coolant?

Not oil or coolant that's for sure. After the ride when exhaust is cold it's easy to clean it with piece of cloth, but without touching it won't disappear that's for sure.
I guess that's just me being worried too much about that, but it simply looks weird.

Hy Everybody, i have just sold my speed twin 2021 (with US black Vance&Hines)..main reason i have never a good feeling riding it..why i don't know ..my last bike was a 1998 R1 that i bought new, very good feeling with it..i just ordered last week a stock Street RS that i will receive this week (color 2023..we may say JPS for the old as me (60 in 4 month)...long introduction just to ask your experience about exhaust change...i have search the net about dyno result with SC, Yoshimura, Leovince,...to have a conclusion..fitting a new exhaust lead to loss of performance??? Am i right? which one do you advice for a mix..sound and performance :).. does an exhaust exist where the manufacturing company has make some research with the goal of having a better torque-HP..not just welding metal with hole parts? Tks for your help and experience :)

The Zard slip-on for the Street Triple increases performance across almost the entire rev range, if you believe the manufacturer's dyno charts:

Tks, but looking at the figure published on the SCproject website, they write..increase in power of more than 6HP..and on every tube i have seen, the dynotest proves a fail in performance as for the torque as for the HP...i think that the material used for a muffler should cost max 100€..i think that manufacturing companies should spend some money in R&D to have a real increase and not a lost of performance..so if someone have a link to a tube where objective figures were measured...it will be a great help :)..tks

I think the SC Project is a full system, which means it replaces the headers too. The stock headers have crossover tubes and baffling (I think) which add backpressure that helps low-end torque. If you replace the headers, you'll get more peak HP at the top of the rev range, at the cost of low-end torque. The Zard is just a slip-on so it leaves the headers intact and therefore doesn't get as much of a peak HP gain but also doesn't sacrifice low-end torque. The only reasons why you'd want a full system are racing (where you're high in the rev range anyway) or volume (replacing the stock headers with what are effectively straight pipes will be loud). The Zard does come with a curved midpipe.

In reality, no one can actually feel a 2HP gain, so slip-ons are really for aesthetics (visual and acoustic).

Full disclosure... I am not an engineer

I figured it would be good to get an exhaust thread specific to the 765 platform started. Arrow slip-ons are already available from Triumph and I see that SC Project already has their S1 system up for sale (looks amazing!). I happened to have a Coffman slip-on sitting in the cabinet from my previous Street Triple 675 so I figured I would see if it fits, and it does without any troubles. Since the exhaust on the 765 routes under the left side of the engine rather than the right on the 675, it doesn't come out as far as it did on the 675. I don't think it looks terrible but I'm not crazy about it by any means. It doesn't really look like a part of the bike...just hanging out there. This muffler doesn't do a whole lot in the muffling department, it is rather loud and I didn't keep it on my 675 for that reason. But, never the less, it was just sitting there so I figured I might as well do the experiment. It's definitely WAY louder than stock, but I haven't ridden with it yet; was raining when I installed it. It has a mean growl to it, certainly sounds cool, but I have a feeling it's going to be louder than I want to live with. I have a lot of highway miles to get to work and the drone gets annoying after a while. Here's a comparison of the sound, stock vs Coffman w/ baffle vs w/out baffle.
And some photos.

The heat shield does fit just fine with the Coffman muffler, I just didn't have it reinstalled when taking this photo.

The stock muffler is huge. Obvious weight savings...

Anyway, we'll see how long it lasts, but I'll ride with it installed for a while and let you know my impressions.
