Not looking for huge panniers, but just something to safely store some basics for everyday riding, such as a rain suit, extra gloves, flat tire kit, and a place to keep sunglasses, cell phone, etc. And hopefully that doesn't look too awful.

I have these for overnight trips: Tour Master Elite Saddlebags | 15% ($24.00) Off! - RevZilla, probably bigger than what you are looking for. Added some brackets/mounts due to the size. For everyday riding I added some bicycle pannier clamps to a pair of cheap waxed canvas shoulder bags so I could clip them on the brackets, because I just wanted something small to carry the basics.

That said, if I were buying off the shelf I'd look at:

Burly's in dark oak look great IMHO, but the sw-motech might be more practical.

There are a ton of threads on this, including ones with pics so you can see how they look on a Bonnie. Here are the ones I made:

I have the Triumph wax cotton panniers and I'm happy with them. That said if these Hepco & Becker bags were available at the time I might have gone with them instead.

i put these from Fox Creek Leather on. These are the larger Pony Express. They have a narrower version and other style bags. Good US small business to deal with if stateside. Large enough for my jacket when stopped or perhaps lunch or misc items purchased. In a pinch big enough to put overnight items in. A lot less expensive than some of the more specialty bags.

I had these saddlebags (mine were actually the duo 36) on my T100. The quality and construction is second to none. They’re 100% waterproof—I know from experience. They’re just super well made and thought out for biker use.

I highly recommend them.
