They are 8mm but also counterbored so a basic spool will need a spacer and a longer bolt. The Triumph spools are offset so have the spacer built in so to speak.

 

I can confirm the Evotech bobbins work for the 765....

Obviously, Triumph has their own for about $30 a set....
