Power hesitation at half throttle

At roughly 60 mph, my 06 Scrambler experiences sudden power loss and hesitation. Lots of sputtering, and I've throttled through it getting up to 70+mph, at which point everything returns to normal. Even at lower speeds, accelerating hard, this occurs as well, I'd say a little over half throttle.

I've read up on similar discussions here and tried a few of the suggestions with no success. Checking for loose terminals, carb vents, fuses, and so forth.

It happens at such a precise moment, that I'm wondering if its electrical? I outfitted an ATV ignition switch to it months ago, thats about the only drastic change, but all my indicators work. Just grabbing at straws but a few weeks ago i switched to premium gas, and i was originally running 87... ?

Thanks for the input guys. I ran some seafoam through there and it helped for about a day. Then back to sputtering. I pulled the carbs and everything looked ok. Jets were fine, float levels, diaphrams, no noticeable issues. Cleaned the jets regardless. Aaaaand it still runs like garbage.

My plugs were looking a little grody so I threw in a new set I had laying around. Still runs poorly. No idea where to go from here.
