I originally wanted an ABBA or an Anderson but shipping was prohibitive. Found these made in the States. Heindl Engineering

Now I can retire my Cheap A$$ed Stand back to the wood pile.

I raise the front wheel with a floorjack and a soft piece of wood under the motor when the bike is on the stand. A scissor or bottle jack - just about any would probably work.

Triple_Rider - The handguards are KTM. I'm not sure I'd do them again. A lot of 'effen around to make them fit and it's still kinda marginal.

That's about how mine fits. I thought about shortening the narrow end of the right pin for a snugger fit but haven't gotten around to it. It hasn't been an issue in the 30+ times I've had the bike up on the stand. I do agree a more positive fit would be more confidence inspiring.
