That looks a lot safer than your converted table leg stand. I likey a lot.

 

I like that stand. Can you raise the front wheel as well? If so that the one for me.

I raise the front wheel with a floorjack and a soft piece of wood under the motor when the bike is on the stand. A scissor or bottle jack - just about any would probably work.

Triple_Rider - The handguards are KTM. I'm not sure I'd do them again. A lot of 'effen around to make them fit and it's still kinda marginal.

 

Sorry to ressurect such an old post. I can't seem to get the right side pivot pin to enter into the swingarm bolt any greater than 1/2" deep. I thought maybe some else has an idea or has done something to modify this problem.

 

That's about how mine fits. I thought about shortening the narrow end of the right pin for a snugger fit but haven't gotten around to it. It hasn't been an issue in the 30+ times I've had the bike up on the stand. I do agree a more positive fit would be more confidence inspiring.
