As a land speed racer I fully support the idea that your motorcycle should not be restricted.

However 304 kph or 189 mph on the dyno doesn't mean the bike will run it with a rider and you can pick the place.

The aerodynamics and lack of wind protection on any stock old or new Rocket 3 just isn't set up for those kind of speeds.

I've seen Carpenter built motors get to about 170 mph and Jason Da salvo get mid 175 mph but he was a very tiny man.

By all means remove limiters but about 150 mph it gets very hard to push through the wind with no place to hide.

hello,
I am wondering how to achieve this?
I already have tuneecu Professional version purchased.
I already tried custom map from tuneecu website but it seems to be locked and I can not remove speed limit on that

Any idea?

Thank you
Email Alain Fontaine about doing this to the map you are using. I have read that he’ll do it for a fee. Also, join the R3owners.net forum.
