Finally got my 1200 RS Speedy remap done.
Leiker Exhaust + DNA air filter...

Remap done, luckily I got this done as it was running lean.
Rides very smooth and not having to give it a bit more when taking off....

Other thigs done in th eprocess was the air / exhaust monitor disabled (apprantly if left it would want to change the mapping too much)
Thermo fans kick in 10 degrees celcius sooner, I think factory they kick in at 110, now they kick in at 100.
Speed limit removed, the bike starts to back off at around 220, not anymore (to be honest I'll probably never reach this)

Here's a video of it getting the infal tunes (was in for the whole day, it takes around 30mins for any changes to be uploaded back to the ECU), at the end of the video it shows the dyno chart for before and after

I wonder why some of the magazine dyno tests I've seen show 160+ rwhp stock? That would kind of make sense if Triumph claims 178 hp at the crank with a 10% driveline loss (maybe a little optimistic).
Maybe due to different dynos measure slightly differently..

The tuner did say if the exhaust can was bigger he could pull bigger figures, helps with better back pressure (I think that's the reason)

Cycle World dyno'd the 2018 SDR at 155, so I think it was pretty comparable to the Speed Triple at 151. However, it made more power down low with quite a bit more torque, so the 2 bikes just feel different. I think the Speed Triple feels a bit faster because it really screams above 9,000 rpm, whereas the SDR was about done by then.

15hp is a solid increase, nice. Different dynos absolutely read differently so you can't really compare figures from another shop. That said my old 955 Daytona is pulling 146whp on that same dyno, pretty impressive for an old girl.

Totally agree with the power delivery on the triples though, very linear and smooth, don't realise how fast you're going until you look at the speedo.
