This youtube channel is run by a guy who takes on various project bikes, as well as general maintenance and workshop skills.

His latest project is a Legend, so far he has jacked up the rear end and is now fitting rear sets. Not to everyone's taste but it's worth a look.

I usually likes his videos but here I think he should have selected a new rear shock before setting the final height, well we all have an opinion...

I also wonder about those footpegs, aren't they suposed to fold up so they don't become anchors if you drag them? Maybe It's not needed?

The guys a moron, I wouldn't follow any of his advice or so-called tutorials, he's just a rough arse bus mechanic and I wouldn't let him anywhere near my bikes.
Did you see the decent second-hand Hayabusa he turned into a hammered pile of dog **** or his latest video on how to do a coolant change by opening the radiator cap when it's hot.:ROFLMAO:

Waddayamean? He's on the Internet and on YouTube... he must know what he's doing.

I.ve always found the videos helpful and on performing the jobs thankful for knowing a bit about whats coming up. Its always easy to slag someone off but it would be a lot more helpful if Waldorf and Stattler could make a more informative and factual you tube video so we could see how brilliant they are.Put up or shut up.

Firstly pointing out somebody's technical errors is not slagging them off, if you are referring to me calling him a moron maybe I should have just said incompetent and arrogant.
Unfortunately along with many other YouTubers he seems more concerned with churning out videos to gain subscribers or more free stuff rather than worrying about the quality of the content, or maybe he thinks it is all quality.

just because somebody posted a video showing the wrong way to do something doesn't mean I need to post my own video to prove myself, there's loads already out there showing the correct procedure or just follow the service manual.
As far as the coolant video goes numerous people pointed out his mistakes and how potentially dangerous the video was but in usual del boy fashion instead of owning up to his mistakes he's spat his dummy out and deleted the video, but without admitting he was ever wrong in the first place.

By all means watch his videos for entertainment purposes but don't be fooled into thinking he's the font of all knowledge when it comes to technical expertise as he likes to make out, he's far from it.
Neither am I by the way but then I don't feel the need to go on YouTube to tell people how they should do things, besides I'd be absolutely hopeless on camera.😲
There's been numerous examples of his incompetence over the years but if you haven't noticed them yourself then it's probably pointless for me to try and explain them.

That's my "informative and factual" advice, sorry it's not in video form.

I hate learning from videos. They take so ... damn ... long. So much foreplay. "Hi my name is blah-blah and blah-blah". Give me the written word and a few pictures any day. Just so much faster to consume. I've seen a couple Del Boy videos and didn't feel the need for any more.

Absolutely no need to apologise, in fact reading my post back now it just sounds like a bit of a rant, I shouldn't let things get to me so much.:(

I was having a handling issue with an older Suzuki GS550L last year. The bike would just sort of rhythmically ease/lean to the right then back upright in a never ending cycle. I had tried to find it myself. Just happened to watch Delboys Garage on the subject and he went through front fork alignment and the issues that can happen when they are not close to perfect. He went through an exact procedure for aligning which I followed and the bike was fixed and still is. He may not be everyone's cup of tea but I do believe he is far from a moron.
