I can definitely vouch for Quaker City Motorsports in Philadelphia.

They handled maintenance, mods, upgrades, the whole 9 for me. Remembered my name the second time I came in. Provided me an R Nine T as a loaner for a few days while they had my bike for an extended period of time.

Great service and sales team. Definitely getting my next bike there.

I bought my T120 new in 2016 from Preferred Power Sports, Brewerton, NY (Just north of Syracuse). I give them high marks. They've been very good at handling recalls, and warranty issues.
I like to do my own oil changes, and other small maintenance tasks, but, if the motor or transmission needs to be opened up, or tires changed, I'll leave that to the dealer. The T120 oil change is simplicity itself. Quick to perform, and not messy at all. You just need a cup type oil filter removal tool.

I had my 500 mile service done there. No complaints as everything happened expected.

Triumph Brooklyn:

Not so excited about being tethered to this shop. They sales people screwed up on every single aspect of my order, sometimes in multiples. Guys in the garage are better, but don't seem super experienced. Took my bike in for it's 500 mile 1st service, and the receipt just said oil change.
We'll see.

Edit - 10/28/21
There seems to be a lot of personnel changes in the parts & service dept. Much better experience overall. Leo is awesome to deal with. Keep up the good works guys (y)

I haven't had a great experience with Triumph BK either. I brought my bike in for an insurance claim the day they opened. It took several months (!!) for them to finish putting the parts on the bike. I had my bike knocked over again this year. I thought I'd give them a second chance seeing as they might have ironed out the kinks since opening. They were faster this time around, but forgot to order some of the parts. Then when they did get them in, they put a T100 kickstand on my Street Twin. Wrong ergonomics. I brought my bike back and they gave me attitude for their mistake. For the $165/hr that they charge, you'd think they'd be better with customer service.

The only thing I would ever take my bike to a dealers is if it was still under warranty. They are simple, single overhead cam unlike the old models. Very few problems internally because these are built stout. Change the oil, get the tune app so you can bleed your ABS and balence the throttle bodies on the 1200s. As a motorcyclist you need to know what's going on between your legs.

Triumph of Westchester

Due for a 30K service interval, yesterday I rode my bike up to Westchester from NYC to see if I could get better, less expensive service at Triumph of Westchester. (They actually came highly recommended by the Triumph dealership in Seattle when I was out there this past summer.) They were thorough, asked questions without making any assumptions, and the service manager showed me all the spent parts that were replaced. I had a leak from the clutch sensor – which Triumph Bklyn previously told me was "just chain lube" – that finally got fixed with new O-rings. (Service manager bothered to take a photo of it to show me what was going on underneath the cover).

They also discovered that the wiring harness recall was only half complete, and not entered into the Triumph's records. Basically the head on the original top bolt for the harness had broken off, and the new harness was only ever installed with only the bottom bolt. So the guys at Triumph Westchester managed to get the old bolt out and finished the warranty.

I get the sense that they're not trying to move bikes in and out for fast repairs, but that they actually take their time to make sure the bikes are safe and in 100% working order. Glad I found a trustworthy place for service again.

Dean, Vince, and Josh at Triumph Melbourne in Spencer Street have been good to deal with, honest and knowledgeable. They are part of the Peter Stevens empire and are situated next to the much larger Harley Heaven shop. Maintenance is not far away in Stubbs Street, North Melbourne, and , when they have the time, they are also good to deal with. (Picking up my T120 after its' 1st service I had forgotten my gloves; Paul lent me his for the day. Cool! )

Despite my initial hesitation getting involved with PS I have been pleasantly surprised in my 3 months of ownership of my T120 Diamond. If you are in the central Melbourne Area, go and see them! Tell them Jon K. sent you :D

I live in St Petersburg, FL and bought my 2018 T120 new from Commonwealth.and had the ship it to me. It arrived on my birthday in a Ducati Crate. I'm from KY and I've know these guys for a long time. Outstanding reputation that is well earned. I had the 500 mile service done at Tampa Triumph and I've ordered a few parts/accessories from them and so far they seem to on par for what I expect. Tampa Triumph is small because they are a stand-alone Triumph dealer.

Have an issue with my gear shift shaft (my guess), won't go into gear. I lost the back end taking a corner.. still don't know what happened, first time I have ever been down on a street bike, probably going too slow? Bent up the shifter and skinned my knee. Had protective gear except... you guessed it, my jeans. Yes, yes that is my next purchase.
I'm into the clutch, just waiting for my socket and breaker bar delivery to remove the clutch basket, then I need to compile a list of parts for reassembly (depending on what I find inside).
I don't want to muck this up but I also don't want to tow it into the dealer. I enjoy working on the bike myself, but it would sure be nice if I could find a Triumph guy with more experience than me in the Louisville area to oversee and give me a little guidance... for beers of course (brand(s) and quantity negotiable). 2017 T100 Black

For those in the NJ/NYC area, I recommend Locomotion Powersports in Mahwah, NJ for service. They are walk-in only on Saturdays for those that don't want to wait for an appointment. First-come first-serve starting at 8am. Very fair prices (charged me $25 for matching key to engine immobilizer vs. $100-$150 quotes from other dealerships. Provided warranty service to change out brake pads for the squealing break issue. Locomotion Powersports, New Jersey | Triumph, Royal Enfield, Slingshot, Polaris & Victory powersports equipment plus service & parts. Serving CT, NY & PA.

Stu's seem to want top $$$ for there Triumphs, never could get much of of MSRP from them. I purchased elsewhere, a Street Twin at T120and my girlfriends T100, where NOT purchased from Stu's. All three were delivered to my door st no charge. Each was a separate deal and the deals were months apart. One came from the dealler in Orlando the other two from a dealer in Pompano Beach. Saved well over 1K$ on two of then and almost 2K$ on the T120 compared to the 'best deal' Stu's had to offer.

A few months back the service department at Stu's got the 'covid squeeze' and lost Pete, in my opinion the Triumph Tech in all of S. Florida. I've known him for many years and he was the only guy I trusted to work on my Triumphs. Both Pete and Webb, the GM at Stu's, worked at the BMW/Ducati (and one upon a time Triumph dealership) in Ft. Myers.

I've received excellent service from Fred Cummings Motorsports in Bakersfield California. They just did the 20K service on my T-120. The total was $542 with a few add ons which I considered quite reasonable. The bike runs better than ever. The lead tech spent a long time explaining the work and in general talking about my various Triumphs. I had them do some warranty and recall work at 15K and I was equally pleased. One of the things I liked was that I had made an appointment a couple of weeks out and three days before they called me because, do to the pandemics affect on shipping, they hadn't received the entire parts kit and didn't want me to be without my bike while it waited for parts. The minute the parts came in they called me again and got me in the next convenient day for me. I sent a friend who was disappointed in a dealer in the greater LA area there and he was equally pleased.
