I had my 500 mile service done there. No complaints as everything happened expected.I bought my T120 new in 2016 from Preferred Power Sports, Brewerton, NY (Just north of Syracuse). I give them high marks. They've been very good at handling recalls, and warranty issues.
I like to do my own oil changes, and other small maintenance tasks, but, if the motor or transmission needs to be opened up, or tires changed, I'll leave that to the dealer. The T120 oil change is simplicity itself. Quick to perform, and not messy at all. You just need a cup type oil filter removal tool.

I haven't had a great experience with Triumph BK either. I brought my bike in for an insurance claim the day they opened. It took several months (!!) for them to finish putting the parts on the bike. I had my bike knocked over again this year. I thought I'd give them a second chance seeing as they might have ironed out the kinks since opening. They were faster this time around, but forgot to order some of the parts. Then when they did get them in, they put a T100 kickstand on my Street Twin. Wrong ergonomics. I brought my bike back and they gave me attitude for their mistake. For the $165/hr that they charge, you'd think they'd be better with customer service.Triumph Brooklyn:
Not so excited about being tethered to this shop. They sales people screwed up on every single aspect of my order, sometimes in multiples. Guys in the garage are better, but don't seem super experienced. Took my bike in for it's 500 mile 1st service, and the receipt just said oil change.
We'll see.
“Here, here!” Always pleasant, and professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and keepin’ it real. Love the vibe there - a lot of good people. (Locomotion Powersports, Mahwah, New Jersey.)For those in the NJ/NYC area, I recommend Locomotion Powersports in Mahwah, NJ for service. They are walk-in only on Saturdays for those that don't want to wait for an appointment. First-come first-serve starting at 8am. Very fair prices (charged me $25 for matching key to engine immobilizer vs. $100-$150 quotes from other dealerships. Provided warranty service to change out brake pads for the squealing break issue.
