Thank you!!! The second link is the part I need I think. I sat with 2 parts guys for a half hour and nobody could find the part. They even looked at those diagrams. I appreciate and thank you for the help. You saved me a long trip to another triumph dealer.

I installed a Tec Desert high level exhaust on my Scrambler. It backfires a little more than I like even with the air intakes removed etc. The joint where the downpipes slip into the silencer is also looser than I'd like and I had to wrap a section of it with heat wrap to stop it from burning holes in my trousers. The tracker should be ok though as its lower. Overall though its hard to complain as the quality is not too bad and the cost is a fraction of Zard, Arrow etc.

I did not have an exhaust leak on my bike but when I decided to replace the factory mufflers with Predators I used a sealing tape to avoid leaks. The PTFE tape is sold by Helix Racing Products. I placed the tape on the down pipes then I removed sharp edges from the mufflers with a file to avoid problems and allow the muffler to slide over the tape easier. I bought the tape on ebay. here are some pics.
