Any recommendations for short exhaust for carbureted T100, available as of Dec 2024?

I have a 2007 Bonneville T100 (carbureted, not EFI) and looking for a short exhaust like this Zard 2:2:
Zard 2>2 Full SHORT CONICAL Exhaust for 2001-2015 Triumph Bonneville - A & J cycles

I find similar products out there for EFI models, some of which are less expensive, such as this one, which I quite like the look of:

Triumph Bonneville Short Exhaust

Can anyone recommend any other similar exhausts that are for the CARBURETED T100?

Don't want to run straight pipes or anything that is obscenely loud. I am currently running the stock mufflers with baffles removed/drilled out and that's about as loud as I'd like to go.

Or, another question: What is the reason I can't use an "EFI" exhaust (including pipes and mufflers) on my carbureted bike? Are the manifolds different somehow? Are the backpressures so wildly different that there would be a performance issue?

Thanks for the input!

hey dude, ive asked this a couple times and also been searching for some cheaper exhausts (highmount in my case you can find loads on ebay for the t120!)

to answer your why not, the mounting is different, diameter is different and spacing is different, the liquidcooled has tighter tolerances so they simply cannot fit no matter what you do

the only real option for us aircooled folk now is wait for an old arrow system to pop up on ebay OR find someone to make or make our own headers

I just removed a set of straight pipes and loud shorty mufflers from a 2002 T100 which were replaced with pipes from a 2010 bonneville SE that I found on eBay for $100 + $70 shipping.
If you are interested in the pipes and mufflers I took off send me a pm, you can have them for the cost of shipping.

Here’s the old pipes.

You can - simply plug the O2 sensor holes.........

The Zard above even includes your model year in the link - The real change came in 2016 with the 'Water Boys' but the Air Cooled exhausts are interchangeable between EFI and carb (plug the holes) but not the other way around if you want to continue using the O2's.

Zard make some nice stuff......

I wanted a Massmoto 2-1 Cross system but it's ÂŁ1246.19

Or the Trucker which is ÂŁ986.90

Both presumably with import taxes on top as it's coming from Italy.

I have a 2-1, I think it's the Dunsfold as it's an unbranded copy of the Arrow 2-1

The silencer melted my pannier when fitted, so I removed the silencer, and fitted the baffle into the end of the link pipe, it's the look of the Mass Cross but on a budget. It's surprisingly quiet for a just a link pipe with a baffle fitted.

I'm thinking of adding a exhaust tip to make it like a single exit version of the Trucker

Shame I can't fit the 2-1 I have with some used Renntec crash bars I have, I had to fit a Hepco and Becker one which unfortunately prevents me fitting my mates old Evotech sump guard.

The Massmoto looks like it's compatible with the Renntec crashbars and Evotech sump guard so I'll have to save up and get one eventually.
