Is instrument cluster same in year 2003 Daytona 955 and 600, Speed Triple, Street Triple, Speed Four and Sprint RS? For example, can I use Speed Fours gauge in Daytona 955i?

Yes, they are all essentially the same apart from the tachometer rev range and associated red line markings. Some have face markings such as 'RS' or '955i' and the face colour on Daytonas changed from white to black at some point. You can use any of those you listed on any of those bikes and they'll all work.
