Any buffeting?

It worked better than the stock Long Haul, a Dart fly screen, and a large Clearview shield. If you want the wind blast mot to hit you and go over your helmet, the screen has to be tall enough. The top of the shield should come up to the tip of your nose so that you can see over the shield to a point on the road 50 ft in front of the bike. Then there is the buffeting, which you get with most shields on a naked bike. The Madstad is designed to allow a small flow under the shield which flows up along the inside of the shield. You get some of it in your face. This equalizes the pressure behind the shield and reduces buffeting.

What screen is this? It doesn't look like it would do much. Does it work? I had a Dart flyscreen on my previous Bonnie and it was worthless.
It’s worthless for blocking the wind on your torso. In the summer I use a stock sport screen on my R1250R. This protects the screen and eliminates any turbulence the edges of the screen produces. If the Dart just blocks the dials on the T120, then twould accomplish that. If not, no screen would be the same. That’s how I rode up until about 30 years ago. I had a Dart fly on my 2017 T120 but at the time I was looking for full body and head protection.
