I have been having issues with my 2003 Sprint ST running rough. After a lot of diagnoses with TuneECU it has been determined that I probably have defective vacuum lines instead of a screwed up tune. Looking at various fiches online, I am confused as the exactly where the damned vacuum lines are located and what they look like. If any of you talented folks can point me in the correct direction, I'll buy replacement hoses and change them. Many thanks in advance for your collective wisdom.

I don't see any photos and as far as I can see this isn't your post, not sure what you mean tbh.

My OEM vacuum lines are good. They are mounted on the rear side of the throttle bodies that are 9mm instead of 6mm ID that many other bikes have. Throttle bodies are adjusted on the front side for balancing.

Interesting, so two accounts and two threads for the one issue?

As I said in the other thread, to my knowledge 2nd gen 955 idle hoses go into ports on the cylinder head rather than the throttle bodies, hence your confusion when looking at the parts diagrams etc. Your bike has either been bodged by someone in the past or Triumph used this unusual configuration for some 2nd gen 955 engines, either of which are weird. I'm glad it's running fine like that, out of interest are there ports for the idle hoses on the cylinder head? They'd be where the injector rail bracket bolts to the head.
