I have another issue, clamping up the castle nut, I have movement in the forks, when I removed the old bearings the were ball bearings not tapered bearings, I ordered apparently the correct bearings from all balls, they were the same part number as the tl1000, I just feel like tightening the nut more would feel like I'm over tightening it, maybe they sent me the wrong bearings? The bearings are the same part number as each other, am I doing something wrong?

all good, I was using the tl1000 castle nuts and I noticed the sprint bottom nut was different, I dropped everything and used the sprint castle nuts and hey presto, all good, I thought I was going mad, thanks for your help again!!

Anyone fitted the TLS forks? I was wondering what fork oil you used? I went with the stock 7.5 weight but I think I might have to go to 10 weight, it feels a little light and gets close to bottoming out, and yes I have adjusted the suspension, any thoughts welcome!

How much do you weigh? I weigh about 200 lbs in gear. I went with 7.5 wt oil (Hayabusa forks) with 1.0kg Racetech springs. I find it just about perfect for me. Stock was 0.88kg. I think yours have 0.74kg springs in them, if I'm not mistaken

it seems like on the racetech site that 1kg is the largest they sell, I can get those and throw 10 wt oil in them, I read on the TL site that most people go with 10wt oil with the standard setup, maybe I will give that a go first
