Does anyone know where I can find advice on how to remove the rear wheel on a tiger sport - with the single sided swinging arm? I've got a flat tyre and would be grateful for any advice on how to remove the wheel.

It should remove much the same as the Sprint ST, GT, or Speed Triple. I just looked it up for those in my Haynes service manual that includes the Sprint ST & Speed Triple with the Tiger 1050. Wow…is the Haynes manual ever a piece of sh***.
Someone on this forum www.tiger1050.com should be able to answer your question from experience…there are many TigerSport riders on that forum.
...I had a similar question and went on youtube. On there was a guy with absolutely nothing to do one morning at 5:30 and he recorded a video of taking his wheels off. He made me a pro, all the while saving me $120.00 for wheel removal at the local shop.
Has anyone come up with a solution other than a 46mm socket for wheel nut removal. Is there anything out there that can be easily carried on board for emergencies. Maybe a short 'spanner' that can be tightened and loosened with the aid of a hammer or the like.
You can easily undo the 46mm nut with a "flogging" spanner and a lump hammer. The problem arises when re-fitting, a torque wrench and socket is essential to tighten the nut up correctly for your safety. So for emergencies a breakdown truck may be best.
