I've been looking for an alternative to the ~$330 euro taillight for my US spec Speed Twin and came across the 'Triumph Scrambler 1200 Indicator Relocation Kit, EU', part number: A9700145 (paid $116 delivered from Engle). All you need is the light.

This kit includes the euro spec taillight but with a 3-wire JST JWPF female connector (ground, tail light, brake light).

If you aren't replacing the multifunction lamps then you can either use the tail/brake wires from one sides 2-pin connector OR you'll need to splice it if you want the multifunction lamps AND the euro light to operate brake functions. You will need to splice or run a ground wire to the euro taillight.

If you're replacing the multifunction lamps then you'll need the 'green with a stripe' cable and ground from the right side harness feeding the indicator for the right lamps along the solid green and black wire from the left side harness for the left lamp.

JWPF connectors can be found here for folks in the US, if you wanted to retain an OEM look: Ducati - KTM turn signal connectors

So with a little wiring work you can save yourself ~$214.

I’ve had that same Triumph “Euro Only” set up on my Thruxton R at almost the very moment those Bonneville Sport LED signals became available. They were my # 1 choice then, as they still are for me, years later. To my eye, they just go with the OEM aesthetics of the Thruxton & Speed Twin so seamlessly. Great choice!
FunFact: 9 of 10 Scout-Troopers opt for them, actually.
