I've removed the hoary chrome engine covers from the 50th Anniversary and 2007 T100's and installed brushed covers (clutch, sprocket and alternator). I know Triumph used brushed/clear coated cam covers on some bikes, but can't figure out which ones so I can get the dealer to find me two.

Which bikes came stock with brushed cam covers?

Thanks

Thank Rich - exactly what I needed to know. When the clear coat dies I'll take them to work, re-brush and use clear powdercoat.

Where can one buy this 3M Brushlon wheel and does it really need to be powder coated? Im in the process of brushing mine with a wire wheel and it is tough to get a uniformed result. I considered the clear powder coat but I just bead blasted some old powder off after it started bubbling due to heat.

Theres another thread with what to do with the alloys. I used 3m 240 on mine the other day. I got the pad from B&Q. Sanded out all the marks then used autosol to bring them up. I mainly wanted to get the alloy wheels back up to pristine as I haven't cleaned it since October. All parts came up a treat.

I used WD40 on the alloys and wheels to give some slick.
