Hi I’m an owner of thruxton 900 with arrow exhaust installed and I was trying to remove baffles from them.
Is there anyone who can give an advice for removals for me?

here are some photos of mine

OK once the circlip is removed and they don't want the twist or move under hand pressure alone. The only the way (without marking/damaging the baffles) is to remove the silencer and punch them out from the front using a long stick/tube/pipe.

This is how I do it on both Arrow 2 into 1 high and low systems so I'm guessing it'll work for the 2 into 2 setup.

I have always found they drop out dead easy this way.

As an alternative to removing the muffler each time you want to remove the baffles here are two other options.

I always removed the baffle from Arrow on my Scrambler by grabbing the inside tube with some pliers, the thinner the better, long nose can work or multigrips, and wriggling it up and down as I pulled. It did cause some slight damage to the baffle the first time but I was able to almost restore. In any case, once out they hardly ever went back in so being slightly misshaped didn’t bother me at all.

An alternative would be to get a piece of rod thin enough to hook into the holes in the baffle tube (unfortunately these baffles have a plate welded over the end of the inside tube), grab the other end with some vice grip pliers or similar and tap that with a hammer. This will pull it out and any damage to the baffle (unlikely) will be hidden inside the muffler.

I think this thread may need some term clarification. BoyRacer gave good info on removing the dB killers (which by your photos are not currently installed), and CanberraR3 is giving direction on actually removing the internal baffles that are welded in place and not intended to be removed/replaced consistently.

Are you looking to permanently change the exhaust?
