Angled carb manifold/ vapour lock?

Hello everyone,
My bike is a 1957 T110 engine with Thunderbird iron head and 7:1 pistons and Monobloc carb in a duplex frame.
I have now finished my build and I really love the result.
She starts first or second kick everytime when cold and runs really well but, unfortunately, refuses to start when warm.
I suspect that I must fit a carb insulator gasket to help prevent vapour lock but there is insufficient space between the carb and the frame, so I think an angled manifold is my best solution.
I have 3 questions which I'm sure you can help with:
*Is this likely to help resolve my problem
*Does anyone know where I can find one (I am in France)?
*Also, are there any potential performance problems?

Thanks, but no, there is no insulator, only a gasket between the head and the funnelly scoop thingymajig.

In addition to @Tritn Thrashr's advice, have you tried opening the throttle much wider than you do normally for a start? Reason I suggest this is ime could be heat from the stopped hot engine caused the carb. to vaporise more fuel; when you come to restart it again, the mixture is too rich. (n)

Kicking over with WOT admits more air, more likely to match the otherwise over-rich mixture, it'll either start or a few kicks'll clear the over-rich mixture, you can revert to your more-normal procedure.

Thanks for trying Mick but I have also tried that several times and no joy whatsoever.

there is no insulator, only a gasket
hoping that I can instal a thick insulator (20mm?)
:confused: One that thick won't work any better than the 1/8" (~3 mm.) thick E2968 listed in the parts book - Triumph continue to fit E2968 or E4918 for another fourteen or fifteen years. Try one of them with the listed NA43A (various 71-nnnn numbers '73-on, Google finds 'em) thin gasket?
