thanks,
6% increase in fuel. No extra power but smoothed out low end throttle a bit.

dont expect 5 HP or anything

its a cheap date so do it--you will like it
plug and play and remove and sell it if you dont like it

Ditto here.
I added a booster plug about a month ago and so far most of the snatch is gone at low rpm. Not entirely, but a vast improvement over stock. This is a relative thing. The jerky throttle roll on was so bad, I took the bike off the road and didn't ride it until the plug was installed. I don't modify as a rule, but this time it was worth the money and effort.

Additionally, if you get into it - the AI sensor attachment M/F plug on my bike (2016 Thrux Std) is way under the tank, and the tank must be raised about 5 inches to even see it. I used the longest available offset needle nose pliers to get at the attachment point.

NOTE: The instructions from the manufacturer showing an attachment point just under the side cover are WRONG, at least for my model Thrux.

Thanks!

Thanks for the responses. I'm assuming when you said '6% increase in fuel', you mean increase consumption, not mileage.

Since I installed the BP on my T120 I haven't noticed any significant change in fuel economy. According to my bike's LCD display it was 51.2 mpg before and 51.3 after install. This was from around town riding and I waited about a month to check the "after" reading.

Thanks!

I'm not obsessed with mileage, but I hate to have a shorter range on a tank.

Iíve been running a booster plug on my T100 since January. I read what everyone is stating that it runs 6% richer. I wiped out my tail pipes at install and noted the mileage. With 12.4k it didnít have much black soot. At 18.25k I checked the tail pipes again. Had a lot more soot on the paper towels. Itís not a very scientific study but Iím satisfied that itís running richer. The payoff is smoother throttle. Worth it. Gas mileage was reduced a bit but not significantly.
