Scrambler 1200 software updates

Hey all,

Just got my 1200 XE back from it's first service; I didn't have a chance to talk to the tech that worked on it, but I was wondering if there's any way to verify what software updates were applied? Does Triumph publish what changes/fixes are included in these updates? Anyone else had their 1200 in for service and noticed a difference after?

I had my first service done and the tech said no updates we're required at that time. Everything worked the same as before I dropped it off

Service is supposed to require scanning with the dealer tool. If anything needs updating I think it happens automatically. They’re supposed to give you a printout of the scan. According to the maintenance manual.

Yeah, part of the reason I'm asking is I don't know how much confidence I hear in the dealership unfortunately, and I'm an hour away from them on top of that. I've heard there's as many as 3 updates already for the Scrambler.

Donít know about 3 updates, but Iíve had mine since end of March and Iíve had an update already before the first service while I had a small issue looked at. Since the first update, there wasnít another one at the first service, which was a week or so after.

Been there. You could call and ask them. I’ve called Triumph USA and they’ve been helpful with dealing with my dealer.
