Is this dent here from the factory on a watercooled Triumph Bonneville T120?

I just took my brand new 2019 Bonneville T120 to the dealer for the 500 mile service, and it came back damaged in multiple placed. They bent the skid plate bracket so bad that I can't reinstall it, and in the same area, there is now a huge dent in the right-hand exhaust. Not sure if they used some type of stand and had the bike resting on the wrong points or what. Anyways, I know the dealer is going to try to say the exhaust is supposed to have that dent, so I wanted to see if anyone else has it so I have more "ammunition" if they start arguing. Can anyone confirm whether that is supposed to be there or not? Thanks!

Haven't got a Bonnie but that looks factory to me, is it clearance for the stand?
Got pics of the other possible damage, why are you having to reinstall the skid plate?

It's OK. It gives clearance for the center stand spring. Put your bike on the side stand and you'll see why.

Definitely factory. Its for the stand.. after my first service on the thruxton i took it back to the dealership and was quite embarrased when they told me
And lol at having ammunition if the dealer starts to argue.... you aren't going to get any ammunition in here

Looks like I was wrong and didn't spot it before because the center stand was up, and was down when I saw it. Thanks all!

Dude, if you took that photo in your garage, I'm not sure whether to congratulate you for having the world's cleanest garage or to urge you to get help.

He doesn't need help, but he obviously needs more stuff. Look at all that empty floor space...
