I had the same problems in releasing the bottom fork bolts.
I first tried to block the rotation with the end of a broom handle with no success.
I then used a piece of 8mm bar with two nuts on the end with success.
I did take my forks to a friends house who has an powerfull shop grade air line and pneumatic impact driver.
I used the stock settings for the emulators and am happy with the results.

It's me and my Bonnies first yearly anniversary, so I treated us to a full face AGV X3000 Legends helmet (I needed a good excuse to buy it!) Well to be honest the open face was too much to handle above 100kph and I was sick of being hit by bugs in the face, also wearing goggles are a bit restrictive as well.

But boy this helmet is ace, no wind noise, good ventilation and such a wide vision angle, ticks all the right boxes!!

Went to the Triumph dealer, picked up some pieces parts I had ordered. When I stopped for lunch on the way, I had a voicemail from 'em that the headstock tidy recall part(s) were in, so they knocked that out while I was there.

Holding the cardboard box onto the Givi topbox is some RokStraps. Having riding tens of thousands of miles using other strapping methods all I can say about the RokStraps is...

THEY ROCK!!!

Singlin. Did you grind some flats on the bottom of the threaded rod to bite into the damper rod?

No I just used it as is.
It worked just fine and the high power impact drill did the rest.

Well, I tried to sell my 2016 T120 on eBay. I didnt feel that I was riding it enough (only has 2K miles on it) and in July I turn 70 and thought maybe I should give up riding.

Suffice to say that the market for these used bikes doesn't appear to be very strong. Many of those listed on eBay of the same vintage are getting no offers. Most I've seen were listed in the $7800-9000 range. I listed mine with a starting price of $6700 and a reserve of $7500. Now the bike includes Garmin GPS, Triumph light duty nylon bags and a National Cycle Plexifairing screen. I thought my prices were reasonable---only got 1 offer after a week.

So, I'm gonna keep it and enjoy riding the next year.

Its a sign, don't sell, well not for those low prices anyway, its telling you are still young at heart and to keep riding till you drop, I tired to sell my 2013 Thruxton with lots of money spent on suspension and great condition but low bids so now my daughter will get it when she gets her bike licence to enjoy and stuff the people who want everything for nothing.

Singlin. So are you saying that the outside diameter of the threads bit in to the inner diameter of the damper rod enough to keep it from rotating? If so then I will try the same thing.

Make sure you put a couple of nuts loxked together on the end. These are what block the rotation.
