unable to access forum on iPhone

it’s set to “enhanced mobile view”, when I go to the site it shows for a split second and then vanishes. Reloading, same thing happens. It never shows long enough to be able to switch to “desktop view”..not sure what to do.

When you say the site "vanishes" what do you see? Does it display an error or just a blank screen?

Sometimes the screen starts to load for a split second, and I’ll briefly see the banner at the top of the page, but it disappears very quickly (perhaps 1/4 second). Other times it just displays a completely blank page. Once in a while it remains long enough for me to tap the menu at the top left, to open the list that includes “exit enhance mobile view”, and after trying about forty or fifty times I was able get it to where it asked me to confirm that choice. I had done it so many times that I was moving very quickly, like when you play a difficult section on a video game. But after I confirmed that I wanted to exit “enhanced mobile view”, the screen went blank again. I don’t think it’s possible to sign out of it this way, and I certainly don’t have the time to try for hours.

Oddly enough, there’s another forum (benzworld.org) that appears to use a similar template, and I had the same problem on that site the other day. Today it’s working normally. (Edit): not anymore..it’s doing the same thing as triumphrat.net

Hmm,

Are your system and browser up to date?
Also, are you running on any blockers on your device?

yes, up to date. And yes, running 1Blocker X. Whitelisted triumphrat.net, to no avail. (I’m running the same blocker on the iPad without issues as far as I can tell. I don’t think there’s an “enhanced mobile view” offered on the iPad, however). I read some suggestions on Apple’s forum and tried them, including “reset all settings”, didn’t help. Decided to “reset all content and settings (putting the phone back to its “new” state)-after backing up of course. Restored phone from iCloud backup. Was able to access triumphrat.net (still on “enhanced mobile view”) *one time*...then tried to switch to “desktop view” (because I prefer that) and I went back into the blank-screen death spiral. benzworld.org is also still blanked out. Every other website I tried continues to work flawlessly. So it would seem (to me at least) that either my iOS (12.2) has a bug that affects only certain websites, or the website/s have an issue. Or, being a bear of very little brain, there’s something I haven’t thought of.

Hmm,

I'm not able to get to the Full Version of the site either.

I'll get this escalated to the techs.
