Brake light stuck on (2018 Tiger XCX)

So I have about 3500 on my 2018 Tiger XCx. My check engine light just came on and I coincidentally noticed my brake light is stuck on. That is the light is acting as if my brakes are always engaged when they’re not. The bike feels, smells, and sounds normal. Before I drag it into the dealership, does anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

Could be a stuck brake switch. Not sure if that would cause the engine light to come on tho'

I agree with lobout. Perhaps there is an electrical malfunction that is causing both problems. Since your bike is under warranty, I would definitely take it to the dealer.

Iíve seen this before. It could be a stuck switch but that seems unlikely. Pretty sure itís an error in the ABS that just needs to be cleared. Dealer should sort it in a couple of minutes.

Yeah, the ABS would be my guess also. At least give the dealer a call to see if there is something you can do before bringing it in.
