Ginning up some winter projects for the ol' girl, mostly lighting

Gents and ladies...

Winter is approaching (I know...bite my tongue!). Like death and taxes, it's inevitable though and I am trying to plan a couple of winter projects for my bike. The main one will be to check valve clearances and make sure they are within spec.

Besides that, a couple of other things I'm looking at...

1) Adding a lightbar so I can have three lights on the front. Does Triumph (or someone else) make one that will fit in front of the quick remove Triumph windshield? I keep looking at them but I don't want to spend several hundred dollars to find out the light assemblies interfere with the windshield.

2) Also, if possible, I would like to do some rewiring so the rear and front directionals become running lights as well. I did this on my old Goldwing but there were instructions on a Goldwing forum that I was able to follow. I've looked around and can't seem to find anything anywhere on doing this on my T-Bird.

I'm trying to get more front and rear lighting on the bike so any suggestions, links...anything would be very helpful.

When I'm riding my motorcycle, I'm glad to be alive. When I stop riding my motorcycle, I'm glad to be alive.
