Question Darkside

Any of you riding the Darkside ?
Please, lets not debate it. I'm aware that there are strong feelings on this subject.
If you are running a car tire on the back, what tire is it ?
If you are not and hate the idea please don't rant and rave about your disdain on the subject.

How did you go with this John. I am going darkside on the Storm and was wondering what size etc. I am darkside on the R3 and the original tyre is a 240 but I run a 225 as the 240 is a tight fit.

I am still waiting for the title on my Storm. It's in probate. My tires are near new.
On my Valkyrie I ran 205's,it came with 180's.
The Stratoliner came with 180's and I run 215's. Couldn't find a good 205.
On my Vulcan 2000 I run 205's.,it came with 190's.
The storm comes with a 200 and I'll probably go with a 205.
I'm double Darkside on all the bikes.

I ran DS for a while, I liked it but no one here now to fit tyres and can't be arsed doing it myself so back to Avon Cobra's. I had a Goodyear 205/60/R16 on the back of my LT. I think they are much better than bike tyres. Hold the line better, never lost traction and much smoother.

I'm interested in this. I have a nightstorm but these long trips are chewing through rear tires. What kind of tire you get or how do you figure it out?

Thanks in advance

I have that Goodyear Triple Tread on my Vulcan.

liam2x,
I run all season radials on mine. Summer sports car tires are awesome if you don't ride in the 30's and 40's. They don't last as long.
There isn't much info on our bike on the Darkside page. One bike.
