Just ordered the 2012 thunderbird in the new marble red haze. This is going to be the longest week of my life waiting for delivery!! What a great machine.

I picked up my 'Bird this weekend, and J, you're spot on. The folks at Moto Europa St. Louis had a Red Marble Haze bird on the floor and put me in a Storm for a test ride. WHAT A BEAST! I'm happy with the power on my plain-jane 1600 but the way the Storm behaved was more than the statistics would leave you to believe. I chased one of their team around on a Ducati Monster for my test ride and I can tell you my limits were within my own confidence, not the bike. When you decide to roll the right wrist you'd better be able to handle what you're asking for....
That being said, the Red Marble was so stunning that I bought it and I love it.

Congats on the new ride! I was at the triumph shop this past weekend and got a good look at the red marble haze, I like it a lot!

Yes it's the hardest time I had waiting. Tons of torque. Congrats! It is SO worth the wait.

One last thing: I think I may have a defective horn. It sounds kind of like cattle.
