Finally!

Well I did it. After two years of contemplation I traded in my 2007 Speedmaster for 2011 TB Storm. Too good of deal to pass up as dealer wanted it out since leftover.

Question for those with the Triumph quick release sissy bar. I heard it leans too far back for passenger and i suncomfortable. Would love to hear some feedback from those that have it or other options that you have tried.

I have the quick disconnect sissy bar and longhaul backrest pad. It is VERY comfortable and doesn't lean "too far back". Wife is 5'7", sister-in-law is 5'2" and both like it. Just for the hell of it, I went out there and sat on it myself [6'4"] and even I like it.

Congrats on the new bike!

Cocoselect, I'm jealous! I've been waiting to sell my 2010 America to buy a TB Storm. Enjoy it. I know I will when my time comes.

My wife likes the sissy bar and backrest pad too. She's 5'5", has no complaints about it. The stock passenger seat though, that was a different story. I have the longhaul dual seat now and it's all good.

My wife loves it and says she is very comfortable. She is the reason I have my Bird, she hated riding on the Thruxton.

yeah, my girl raves about the sissy bar - I don't care for it myself much, but if it makes her happy that's good enough, and it's industrial strength for tying stuff to.

My wife likes the sissy bar but reckons there is too much space between the backrest and the seat.

Axel, My girls find the same thing with the stock seat, but I am about to upgrade to the long haul seat... Do you have standard seat or long haul?

I have the standard seat and will be interested to hear if the long haul seat fixes the problem.
