Having said that, its not that I don't like the storm, limited funds keep me from having one of each.
Going on a 10K mile trip in July, I'm sure the Storm will serve me well!
Depends where you live! Lloydminster or Canmore!

There's a ton of twisties near me, but about 70% of the province is dead straight roads (though not as bad as Saskatchewan!)

But still not sure why you would lower the Storm.

I agree with Haggis, not sure why you want to lower the storm. I think it looks good as is! As for twisties, I also agree that Alberta's not the best but I did a 2700km ride last summer through BC, northern Washington, Idaho, Montana and back to Calgary. It was fantastic, not TOO far away and the T'bird performed admirably.

Want to lower it for looks, it is a cruiser after all. I'll put off the shock purchase until I ride the bike. I'll see then, but you're probably right, it may be scraping too much.
I do have a race bike for lean angle happiness!

Thanks, you probably kept me from making a mistake.

I was thinking of lowering my Storm too. Haggis, do you have any pics of your Storm when it was 1/2" lower?
