carpenter racing

called them up today for an update on the t bird. got some good news. they have developed a CNC head for the bike with a new cam. the cam is big enough that it requires new valve springs and shim under bucket. they are going to be tuning it within the next week or 2 with tuneboy. he mentioned that with the rocket they needed both tuneboy and pcIII to fuel it right but they are going to try and do just tuneboy first. they are expecting about 130rwhp which i find impressive. the damage for all this power looks like it will be about 2500.00 in parts. this is all being tested on a 1700 storm. it also looks like they will be using the BC hog slayers for exhaust

They need to try the D & D's with the cat eliminated. The Hogslayer isn't the best choice for making peak HP or Torque. We've already found this out on the dyno.
