The software & hardware needed to re-mapp?

Greetings,

Can someone point me in the right direction to the software & cable needed to check the setting of the computer?

Any pointers or warnings before I dive in?

Go to tuneecu.com. That page will tell you what cable to get, i can't recall as it's been a while. Or do a search of the tuning forum here for the word "cable" and you'll find a ton of links to them on ebay. All you need is that and a PC, preferably a laptop unless theres a PC close to the bike that the cable will reach.

The site will tell you what software you need, and basically as i recall you just need a certain version range of .net framework. And of course you'll find the download for the program itself, "tuneecu" there. The one tip i have is this...the cable has a small chip in one of the ends, so it needs to be installed like any other hardware on your pc. Do NOT use the driver the cable comes with. (the cable usually includes a CD with the driver) It won't work. The driver you need is listed on the tuneecu site.
