Yes they are caliper mounted. Mine are the brushed satin which matches the fork legs on the 1600 perfectly.

Thanks. I have them on my BMW RT which I am trading in for the TBird. I'll have the dealer get some for the new one.

Why don't you take them off of the Beemer and just buy mounts for the TBird?

Unfortunately I already listed the RT on Cycle Trader and mentioned the MotoLights. I could take them off but I already have negotiated with a few people.
