Give Me the Works

I just got the call from my dealer that the new speedo came in today. The bike goes in next week to get a new speedometer and to get the two recall items taken care of. I'm also having them align the drive belt.

That should hold me until the 6000 mile service (I hope).

Good deal. So far my speedo has been ok...knock on wood. I've got an appointment on Saturday for the two recalls.

Mines in tomorrow for the speedo and fork legs warranty replacement....... And to further the saddlebag issue......
I also have a oil leak from the galley plug on the lower right side of cylinder........

I recall reading here somewhere about the forks, in that, Triumph were only replacing them with bare ally legs..... Has anyone had this and what was the outcome.?????

I dropped her off Tuesday after work and picked her up Wednesday. Too bad I can't put the accurate mileage on the odometer--it was weird starting the bike and seeing zero miles on it.

Why couldn't they program the new unit with the mileage? Any car dealer can do this, so I find it odd that Triumph can't.
