Zard officially available in black now?

Saw this on eBay. What do you think? Is it official version or their own thing?

I have seen a couple of photos of black Zard exhausts. And I recently heard a rumor that black will soon be an option.

I guess the easiest thing to do would be to call Steve Larson (Zard USA) and ask. Nnaaaaaw, that makes too much sense. Rumors are fun.
