I have a one-off "practice" prototype that I don't need. It's made from 16 guage steel and uses the stock mounts and bits, taillight, blinkers, and license plate light. Painted flat black, it even has paint runs on the back-side. It's too good to throw out and quite acceptable, but it isn't commercial quality either. Perfect for someone who doesn't want to spend the time fabricating his own, or doesn't want to shell out the loot for a retail item.

Free to a needy RAT Sprint. Not really what other models it will fit, but mine is a 2008 model. Probably best if the new owner is in the U.S.A. for shipping reasons.

The changes to the "final version" was:

1) fabricated from 0.1" 2024-T3 aluminum
makes it a bit more rigid

2) two-piece design (separate blinker support)
easier/simpler to fabricate

3) uses a $10 white LED license plate light (from eBay)
stole the idea from an aftermarket (Competition Werkes) tail
