What did you do to your twin today?

The Classic triple forum has a thread for daily modifications and shop work. Lets get that going for twins as well.

Today I lowered my T100's rear brake lever. I took the pin out, the master cylinder off and adjusted the bucket and locknut. Now I won't be beside my brake pedal on that bike, I can be above it, ready to use it just a tiny bit quicker.

I also painted the worst-off gas cap I had, black. So I can ride on sunny days without being blinded by my own bike. - my sun visor is in the helmet, and comes down from the top so I get nice glare off the clocks and tank... :(

Bought a new tank to repaint. Wanted to try it on just for fun, looks a bit pale to me. Keeping the original red/black for the future.

Just fitted my freshly painted tank (DG, Korosi red, like the Street Twin and others). Really happy with the result.

Nevermind the weird looking sprocket cover, just a spare I'm trying to modify/reshape.

What year is that tank...2008? Carbureated? How did you nail it with those emblems?
Carb, yes. A 2003 tank sitting on a 2007 bike. The emblems are bolt on, think they are called Heritage.

Fitted the Daytona Velona80 speedo/tacho. Made up a small bracket just to get it mounted for wiring. I might lower it a bit and move it towards the handlebar later. The new speedo cable runs really nice along the brake line as well. Really happy with the result.

Installed new handlebars. Swapped my "Biltwell Tracker" bar to "Street Track 4 inch" from Westland Customs.

That increase in rise made a HUGE difference on my riding. Really happy with the change!

Thank you @okitoki for the inspiration. Was planning to buy a relocation bracket when I saw your post.

Had to relocate the turn signals after I changed the headlight bracket.

Prototype... Time will tell if the clamp for the fork gaiters are strong enough. Feels pretty steady anyway.

Finished my low budget skidplate. Manufactured from unused sheet metal from our new dishwasher, spray paint from a previous project and some nuts and bolts from work..

Installed the Freespirits rear caliper relocation bracket. As described the original brake line would be fine, but I had to reroute it to be able to fit it to the swing arm. Look nice, and pretty easy install!

The freespirits bracket is quite chunky. I doubt it will flex more than the original. Poor photo comparison of the original bracket below.
