I wouldn't recommend Knotts in Stratford as their workshop people are pretty clueless. I did get my Tiger from them fairly cheap though.
When I was talking to a chap at Triumph a couple of months ago, he did say Black Country MC were pretty good (off the record of course). But I have no personal experience of them.

I've only ever used Black Country, found them to be O.K pleasant, helpful, bike serviced on the day when they said it would be, bike finished on time , courtesy bike at no extra cost, phone call to say it was finished, price as quoted. They noticed that the discs had warped, arranged to have the bike back, changed disks under guarantee whilst I waited. Bike always comes back clean, had no reason to take it back or have a moan.

I live 10 minutes from Black country motorcycles and when I originally bought my speed four I went and had a chat with the service guy there, as I was planning a few mods. Only a race can, K&N air filter and a power commander to iron out the flat spots.
He told me if I went ahead and done that to my bike not to bother bringing it to them as he wouldn't touch it!!
I thought ok, I know I wont be using you in future and would never recommend anyone to use them either.
Its unfortunate because I live 10 minutes away but now travel to PURE triumph in wellingborough, Northampton.
They provide courtesy bikes are really helpful and the ride down on the A425 from Warick through Southam and onto Daventry is enjoyable.
I think it all depends on first impressions and Black country motorcycles done themselves no favours when speaking to me, there loss.
Living in Shropsire isn't there a dealer nearer you? im sure there is one just off the A5 near Telford. Wylie and Holland.
