This morning I let my 06 Harley go bye-bye on a trailer. The dude paid me and off he went.
I was a little sad, true, but I am excited about the future with a new and exciting brand of motorcycle.
I noticed that someone started a thread about seeing pictures of a Bonnie with different handlebars. There was a response and photos of one with the "ace" handlebars. Those are the tightest looking sons-of-guns I have seen to date.....IMHO. Anyhow, I think I have decided on the Bonnie base, with some tough-ass exhaust, airbox removal, and rejet. I also want to change out to those bars, and slam the bike by a couple of inches front and rear.
Any comments or opinions on my choices? Or should I just get the Thrux?
Later......

SCCTrim....I will probably leave the actual suspension on the bike. I have the old Ironhead with a rigid suspension and a metal seatpan with only a decorative leather-tooled skin, so I think I'll opt for just a bit of give in this next bike.
Anyhow, I don't know where I'll be buying from exactly, I still have yet to size these bikes up. Not many dealers right around the corner from me as it is plus being tht it is 10 degrees out, my ambition to even step outside into this white garbage is nill, zip, zero, nada (I hates winter).
Anyhow, my main concern is that I will ruin or tamper the ridability and cornering ability if I slam it to much.....maybe that's just with Harley's.
