Warranty claims

Hey guys, quick question for those who have been unfortunate enough to have had warranty issues on their bikes......
If you have a potential need to claim against your warranty, do you have to go to the Triumph dealer you purchased the bike from or can you go to any authorised Triumph dealer to process the claim.
