Hi can anyone help? I’m trying to find out what the warm up map should be for a 98 Daytona T595 955i. The bike currently just has a solid line of 1.0 and will not idle from start up. Thanks in advance for any info 👍🏻
No, the value is a cold start enrichment factor applied to the normal A/F at idle speeds.
I recently had cause to look at those values myself and wasn't entirely sure how they are applied.
We think it works like this: If the normal A/F ratio is 14:1 a value of 1 in the warm up table will enrichen it to 13:1 at that temperature. As it warms the value is reduced so that at, say 44°C in your table, the value of 0.30 only enriches it from 14:1 to 13.7:1.
If DEcosse, or anyone else, can shed more light on the topic including which A/F ratio is being modified, I'm happy to be corrected if my understanding is wrong.
