That steady with no shock absorption? There has got to be more to getting a smooth shot than that mount. I use the SW Motech/Ram mount, which has rubber damping, but there is way too much jitter most of the time. It is quite adjustable however. I don't know if my camera (Sony /w Steady shot, or whatever) isn't up to the job or what, but when I taped it to my tankbag last summer, it worked better. I want to know the secret to this.

my buddy has one. it works good as long as your riding smooth. he has no problems with it on the highway. he does use a flyscreen though, not sure if the wind would affect it that much.

I have the one off ebay, but with the huge gauge cluster on my t509 I have to us a spacer to get a good view. The mount does work well.

I got a new Escort 8500 radar detector for xmas, and bought a Techmount to put it on. They're good for radar, cameras, gps, cell phones, etc. Goes on the handlebar, looks nice, and good quality. The one for our bikes is 30996.
