I just installed a veypor on my bike... it's RAD!!
took about 2 hrs to install (most of which was figuring out which wires coming out of the ECU are coil signals)

I tapped into the rear light power so it turns off with the ignition instead of having to be unplugged when you're done riding. in addition to having a working speedo again (!!!) it's got a tach a gear indicator, gas gauge and dyno functions (all these are calculated from a combo of odo, speed and rpm readings)

I'll post pics later.

Khulka over on the S3 board swears by his Veypor gizmo. Definitely a cool addition.

How complicated was the install? Isn't the gear indicator kinda tricky?

gear is easy got 3000+ rpm in 1st for 3 sec hit enter. repeat until you hit 6th then it save the ratio. the hardest part (once you figure out what wires to tap) is routing the speedo sensor wire
