Upper handlebar clamp

Does anybody have an extra upper handlebar clamp they want to get rid of? (Its the aluminum "dogbone" shaped piece) Mine was mucked-up by the previous owner and I am finally getting-around to replacing it.

I don't really want to fork out the $40-$50 for a brand new one, but will gladly pay a reasonable price if anyone has one that will fit my bike. I didn't see any in the classifieds.

Thanks,

Ryan

saw one yesterday on EBay somewhere - do a world search
Thanks for the info. I saw one too recently. However, it was from a '95 TBird and I am not sure if it will fit my bike. I guess there were three different part numbers for that piece and I am not sure which ones will work. I need to figure out what year/models will work for me.
I think the different part numbers are to do with the finish. Early ones were polished lacquered alloy, later ones were chrome?

They should all fit.

this is incorrect they were a brushed and laquered finish on the later bikes. I have no idea what the actual difference was if indeed there were three different versions. As far as I was aware they remeained the same right through but I don't have my fiche handy to check
I checked the "BikeBandit" parts fiche and it listed two - one below a certain vin # and one above it. I then called Baxter Cycle in Iowa and they told me there were actually three listed.

HOWEVER, I have a clamp lined-up. It should be on its way shortly. It comes from a 1999 legend. I'll let everyone know if it fits.

Thanks for all of the input.
